As additional information, below we convey the Terms and Conditions as well as instructions so that a verified account can be maintained permanently.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. 1.Provide FB Page & Instagram account link to be verified
  2. 2.Provide min. 15 (Fifteen) News Coverage links from credible news publishers (*only for verification badge submissions).
  3. 3.Estimated maximum working time 2 (two) weeks after we get the required data and confirmation.
  4. 4.During the submission process by Maxim Digital, the client is prohibited from submitting a verification badge to the social media channel (example: Facebook and Instagram) independently.
  5. 5.If there are problems in the process or in the duration of the work, we will immediately inform the client.
  6. 6.The decision on the success or failure of the verification application process is determined by the authorized social media channel and on the conformity of the standards determined by the social media channel.
  7. 7.
    There are 1 (one) payment options in the process of submitting this verification service:
    a. Post-paid
    • • Payment is made after the verification process
    • • Payment is made maximum 2 (two) days after invoice issued
    • • Agreement/quotation must be finalized & signed before we start the process

Usually an account that has received a bluetick will not be at risk of losing the bluetick. But it is important to note that while running the account, you do not do the following:

  1. 1.Change the account name
  2. 2.Change the business category
  3. 3.Doing irrelevant promotions
  4. 4.Selling accounts that have received blue tick
  5. 5.and other terms that may be determined in the future by social media

If there is a violation of the points above, social media has the right to take any action and the responsibility lies with the account owner.
